Looking for an Alaska guru? 🏔️ This RV Queen is your gal!

Kim Ryals was drawn to Alaska for years before she finally moved there over a decade ago. She took an Executive Director position with Copper River Seafood in Cordova, a bush community only accessible by plane or boat. Between this role and a later one with a trails organization with a 25,000 square mile territory, she was fortunate to experience the state in ways many others have not.

Recently, Kim decided to "come out" (Alaska speak) during winter. She spends fall, winter, and spring in British Columbia and America's Pacific Northwest. At the end of spring, she makes the road trip north to Alaska to operate a tourism business she started. When the summer ends, she returns south to the lower 48 once more, and the annual cycle continues.

After taking many passengers to and from Alaska, as well as leading other RVing friends, she now offers this opportunity to other adventurous travelers seeking community, safety, and fun. She’s excited to share the road - as well as my favorite stops on the way and places she loves in AK - with like-minded people. Join her on the road to Alaska and experience the adventure of a lifetime!

This conversation with Kim covers:

🌳 Kim’s years living in a remote bush community in Alaska

🌤️ Summer vs. Winter in Alaska

🚌 The freedom of her “intentionally unhoused” life in an RV

⏰ Best time to go to Alaska

🏔️ The logistics of the 10-day caravan to Alaska

➕ And much more!
